In addition to his practice as a third party neutral, Mark is also an experienced and respected quantum expert witness, specialising in high-value disputes on international energy, marine, industrial and infrastructure projects. He has been instructed on disputes up to US$1.2 billion in value, relating to contracts up to US$2.5 billion within wider projects up to US$17 billion.
